Joy Lee-Shi

I am a Master’s student in Experimental Psychology (History, Quantitative, and Theoretical Area) at Simon Fraser University, where my research focuses on understanding experiences of adversity and trauma in marginalized populations, aiming to create a more inclusive framework for trauma. I’m also passionate about teaching research methods in psychology and supervising undergraduates on their first research projects. Outside of academic work, I am a piano teacher and classical/jazz musician.
